County FA & League Football Insurance

Group public liability insurance is tailored for the needs of amateur and semi professional clubs, leagues and County Football Associations.

By arranging cover for your league or County FA through a group insurance policy we are able to pass on significant savings to the individual clubs within the leagues who will by affiliation with the County FA be covered under the group policy should they wish to opt in when affiliating to the league.

Cover can extend to includes property owners liability for clubs that own clubhouse facilities, changing rooms and stands should they opt into league affiliation. 

Cover indemnifies the County Football Association and its affiliated member clubs and leagues and match officials. 

A County FA group insurance policy can extend to include four areas of cover :

Public Liability Insurance - protection against claims brought about whereby a County FA, League or club or its members could be held negligent in their duty of care to avoid causing injury to members of the public or damage to their property through the negligent act of the club and/or its members

Employers Liability Insurance - employers are required by the law to insure against liability for injury or disease to their employees arising out of their employment.

Officers and Committee Liability Insurance - protection for directors and committee members from a range of legislation and regulation relating to discrimination, health and safety, financial mismanagement, equal opportunity, pollution and employment practices.

Professional Indemnity Insurance - protection for club, officials coaches and trainers against claims of alleged negligent instructions.
