We offer two types of premium structure. The first is based on a maximum turnover throughout the year and is suitable for football agents whohave a large client list but their clients are not yet producing a fee income. The second is based on the number of clients the agent acts for and the amount of fees generated. This premium structure is better suited to agents with an established fee producing client list. 

FIFA legislation dictates that all football agents must have their own professional indemnity insurance in place and cover can be arranged for start up players agents just getting into the game to the long established agents with many players on their books and generating large fee incomes. Cover starts at £100,000 indemnity providing financial protection in the event of any claims being brought against you.

FIFA also require all match agents to hold their own professional indemnity insurance and through this a policy is tailored to provide cover whereby you could be accused of negligence in carrying out your duties.

So why do football agents need professional indemnity insurance?

Professional indemnity insurance provides cover for claims brought against the policyholder due to their professional negligence.

It protects against claims for loss or damage by your client if you have made mistakes or are found to have been negligent in some or all of the services that you provide for them.
