Adult 11 a side teams cover starts at £30 per year and only £16 per year for youth football teams.

How do I get football team insurance cover?
Once you have reviewed the cover and benefits available should you wish to proceed with cover please complete the application form and declaration within the brochure.
Please note there is an £5.00 policy processing fee applicable to all policies.

How to Pay:
• Debit Card / Credit Card over the telephone (a 1.5% charge will apply and will be added to any credit card transactions. There is no surcharge for debit card transactions)
• Cheque – Payable to David J Miller Insurance Brokers Ltd.
When paying by cheque please ensure you include the £5.00 policy processing fee in addition to the premium payable to the total amount payable (Eg. Premium Total Premium £89 + £5 application fee = £94.00).

This policy provides protection for the team members on a worldwide basis whilst particpating in any agreed fixture or organised training and protection extends to include cover whilst travelling directly to and from these activities.
Cover automatically extends to include players, committee members, managers, trainers, assistants referees and officials.
